📦 Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking info so you can follow it every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Delays can happen—we don’t control the mail, but we’ll help if something looks off.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country—those are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the carrier’s hands. If something seems off, reach out and we’ll help track it down.

☕🍵 Returns & Refunds

Coffee and tea are perishable, so all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 7 days at support.unclejacksbrew@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.

What We Don’t Take Back

  • Coffee or tea (opened or unopened—it’s yours ☕🍵)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special orders

International Orders

We don’t accept returns on international orders. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process it.
